HOW DO RELEASES WORK?

Depending on the Release, we have Ready to Ship angels or Preorder angels with a 4-6 week turnaround. Ready to Ship angels are limited edition and first come first serve. Once they are gone they are gone and will not return to our shop. Preorder angels have the ability to restock if sold out.

WHO MAKES YOUR ANGELS?

All angels are handmade by me in my home studio. I put pride and passion into every angel to ensure that your angel is unique and beautifully crafted. Our Heirloom angels have embroidered faces, felt hair, specialty shoes and are sewn closed by hand. Many of the angels are also adorned with handmade felt flowers or bows. To ensure safety for all of our littles, we recommend that children under 3 be supervised while playing with their Heirloom angel. These angles are a true work of art and love. They are cared for best when spot cleaned with warm soapy water.

Our new Pocket Angel Pals are printed with Organic Dye at Carriage House Printery and are safe for even your littlest with the only removable component being the tulle tutu. To wash simply remove the tutu and wash with cold water on a gentle cycle and lay flat too dry.

CAN YOU SHIP?

All items will be shipped within two business days after the payment has been received in full.

All US orders will ship Priority Mail which takes 1-3 days on average for delivery. International orders will ship First Class. International orders take anywhere from 3-6 weeks for delivery, but can take up to 8 weeks. Please note: we are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred on your international order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns will be accepted if mailed within 3 days of the delivery confirmation date.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

Please notify us of any return so that we can expect your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees.
